Great Idea or the way it should be?

Years ago a friend had an idea of offering moving services. We sat down in a local diner and tossed around business ideas. Said friend did not understand taxes, marketing, profit margin, or management, but the idea he came up with was solid! That idea was: 

"We should offer moving services to people and we split the pay 3 ways, workers, truck/gas, and US. But don't just move their stuff, but help them with anything they need, so their move goes smoothly!"

Now his view on pay and pricing was a little off, well a lot off, but the other parts like helping people, truly helping people was an idea worthy of merit. And what more help does everyone want but a reasonable price?

Since then, we now offer moving services nation wide, and work every day to offer the best services one can provide.

We are a big family

Everyone has a little different view on the word family. Here at Noah's we consider all of our workers family. Without their hard work, this family would not be here. Even though we don't share blood, we are here for each other. Our thought is that you can't learn how to care from a book.
