ProbationFor the first 30 days or 80 hours works you are considered on probation. During this time you will be required to work with a manager, complete online training materials, and will be fired for tardiness, uniform, or failing to complete online training steps.

Do you have experience?
We understand that you may already have experience in the moving industry. Did you notice above that probation and training have days and hours as requirements? If you have experience in the industry, forget about 90 days, and look at the 240 hours, that can be done in as little as 6 full 40 hour weeks! Fast track through training, complete all training materials, and consider training done!
We break the mold everywhere, why would our application process be any different?
We have a three step application process
Step 1) Complete our online consideration application. This form will ask you a combination of aptitude and straight forward questions. If your answers match what we are looking for you will be asked to submit a formal application.
Step 2) Once you complete our online application process, we will conduct a background check and contact your references to make sure that you are a good fit. Yet we know all to well that an application and meeting you first hand can be very different things, so we will ask you to come to a job.
Step 3) You will be asked to attend a move, prove you can show up, arrive on time, present yourself appropriately, and physically be able to complete the job. If all goes well, you can start your probation period the day after your on-site interview.
