Did you know in 1765 A.D., the first billiard room was built in England. Played there was One-Pocket, which was a table with one pocket and four balls. The first coin-operated billiard table was patented in 1903.

Today there are mainly 3 types of tables, Commercial, Traditional, and Multi-Table.

Commercial

These tables have everything built in, so that with a few quarters all the balls can be dispensed for the next game. Normally made of one solid piece of slate meaning they are harder to move because they are not built to come apart. Traditional

These tables are most common, and come in all different price points. Some  being made of particle or LVL board, where others can be made of 3 slabs of slate rock. It takes a skilled team to take one of these apart, yet because it breaks down into small parts, a large team isn't needed to move it. 2 Elite movers can break down a table like this and move it. Multi-Table

These tables are normally much lighter then the other 2 options, and come apart into parts. This means you will NOT need Elite movers to relocate this type of table. We do suggest all parts are bagged/boxed and accounting for, they like to slide in places you may not have known existed.
