This is one of the most common questions, and sadly its mainly asked because other companies like to add on any time they can. Here at Noah's you pay for the time the workers are working. Meaning when workers arrive, they locate you for direction, if direction was not already planned ahead of time. Once in place and ready to start, the crew will punch in view their smart phones. They will remain on the clock until the job is done, they are dismissed by you, for a break. Please note that drive time for local moves is on the clock. Drive time for long distance moves is per mile. The crews digital punches are time and GPS stamped so that there is no possibility of confusion.
Some jobs have a time minimum, such as with truck moves have a 2 hour minimum, and labor only work orders have a 1 hour minimum. This means that you will be charged for at least the minimum of time, even if the crew completed the task at hand in less then the minimum time. If you have other small tasks that you might want done to fill the time you are paying for, use them while they are there.
