The crew arrived on time and ready to work. The only negative comment is that I paid full price for 3 qualified helpers and received two experienced helpers and one that is normally in the office and was not up to the task of working in the field.
-Doug L. - Watertown WI JT is the owner of Noah's Services and was great to work with. He was available (via text) to answer all my questions and make sure the move went smoothly. The elevator was being problematic in my building and he was able to figure that out without issue. He was friendly and made the day less stressful. I'd definitely use Noah's again for a move!
-Amy D. - Howards Grove WI 1) they arrived almost 1-hour late. 2) didn't bring the appropriate tools, had to use my own. 3) didn't appear to want to work hard, or keep a reasonable pace. Move ran much longer than it should have, and I was over-charged for the additional booked hours. When the over-charge was discussed, they promised to mail me a refund check, and that was 8-days ago. 4) One of the helpers, kept faking injuries, at least 3 that I was made aware of. 5) I had to work all day Sunday, by myself, just to try to make up for what the other 2 guys failed to do. I accomplished more in 8 hours by myself, at age 59 with a bad back and hip, than these 2 young guys accomplished in 10 hours the day before. 6) No way I would ever consider using these guys again, and I also holding Hire-A-Helper accountable for this also.
-Randy S. - Pewaukee WI I booked Noah's a week in advance to ensure that they would be there to help unload, when my trailer arrived. Hire a helper tried multiple times to contact them, with no success. With only 3 days till my trailer arrived and I was already on the road, I was stuck in a bind. Hire a helper associates were fantastic about helping me find another company that was actually reliable and professional.
-Charise M. - Milwaukee WI This company did not show for the job. They called earlier in the day to say that they were one person down and asked if they could come later. We gladly said yes. The new confirmed time for them to show up and help unload our truck was 6pm. We waited and called several times. No call back. No show. I would not recommend this company.
-Bridget B. - Milwaukee WI 1 helper had the wrong GPS cooredinates and went the wrong city. He was scheduled @ 10a.m. Called later and explained the problem, He offered to continue driving here from Madison Wi., but we already had the truck loaded. Since it was sunday, I left 2-3 messages for J.T. @ Noahs. Don't know where the 2nd helper was. Noahs personnel up to that point has been extremely helpful and courteous. The move had been re-scheduled once, so this may have caused some of the problems. The young man,(Clayton) who called was very apologetic and courteous. THis was an unfortunate human error-not intentional poor service.
-Royce N. - Hartford WI The crew was on time, worked hard and surpassed my expectations. Very polite, wonderful team. Best decision I made was hiring Noah's to help me with my move. It made my everything stress free. Thanks!!
